Inspired by the look and feel of our favorite hardcover cloth-bound books, we created Fieldfolio because we love the idea of encasing our iPad 2 or 3 in a colorful, handmade case with a truly custom-fit cradle, made with traditional bookbinding methods.
Finest book linens.
We searched the globe for the very best book clothmaker to partner with Fieldfolio. Eventually, we chose an extraordinary mill that has been plying its trade for over 150 years. The resulting book linens have been selected for their vibrancy and texture.
Fully recycled board.
We use fully recycled board in our hard-covers. Our board is produced in facilities with on-site heating and steam generators that are at the forefront of water and carbon efficiency.
Advanced custom-fit cradle.
Inside Fieldfolio you’ll find a perfect-fit wrap-around cradle that protects your iPad 2 or 3 and keeps it perfectly in place. Fieldfolio’s enclosure allows full access to all your iPad 2 or 3’s ports and controls, and your iPad’s microphone and speaker work perfectly.
Integrated magnetic array.
Fieldfolio's cover aligns automatically and stays closed using your iPad 2 or 3’s built-in magnets. Please note that Fieldfolio's cover does not support the sleep/wake feature on the iPad 3. Your iPad 3 will continue to automatically sleep and wake according to your settings!
Camera friendly.
Fieldfolio has an aperture in its back cover, so you’ll never need to take your iPad 2 or 3 out of Fieldfolio to take a photo. We designed Fieldfolio so that the aperture is an integral part of the iPad 2 or 3 cradle, which increases Fieldfolio’s stiffness and durability.
